Tickets can only be returned in specific cases: when the event is canceled or when there is a change in the event’s date or location (city).
All ticket holders will be notified via email, along with information about the return procedure or a possible ticket exchange.
In all other cases, in accordance with the platform’s terms and conditions, it is not possible to make changes to reservations or return tickets.
Going. is only an intermediary in ticket sales and is not responsible for any changes to events or their cancellation.
If the option (action) in the ticket management section is inactive (greyed out), it means that the ticket is not eligible for a return.
