I couldn't use my ticket, what should I do to receive compensation?

  1. Fill out the online claim form (if you prefer, you can send the claim by email or traditional mail to the addresses provided in the Terms and Conditions).

  2. Attach documents confirming the reason you couldn't use the ticket.

  3. UNIQA will contact you if they need additional documents or information.

  4. Wait for a decision (within a maximum of 30 days from the date the claim was submitted).
