What is the delivery time for tickets purchased online?

For electronic tickets, we will deliver them to your email inbox within 24 hours of successfully completing the payment for your order.

Please note that your email settings or automatic spam filters may mistakenly direct the tickets we send to a separate folder, such as Spam, Promotions, or Offers. If you haven’t received your ticket email within 24 hours of purchase, please check those folders to ensure the message wasn’t redirected.

If the ticket still hasn’t arrived, please contact us by filling out the contact form and selecting the topic "My ticket didn’t arrive".
