Where and how can I return my ticket if the event is canceled or rescheduled?

To return a ticket for a rescheduled or canceled event, please submit a request using the ticket management feature available [here].

Below are the three available refund options:

  1. Going. Voucher – worth the full amount of your order, redeemable for any ticket purchase on Going. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and will be sent within 14 days of receiving your request.

  2. Empik eGift Card – worth the full amount of your order, redeemable for products from the Empik offer at empik.com (excluding products sold by Empik's marketplace partners). The card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and will be sent within 14 days of receiving your request.

    Please note: The Empik eGift Card does not cover and cannot be used to purchase products or services from: Empik Foto, Empik Bilety, Empik Music, or Empik Go. More information about the cards is available at: www.empik.com/gift-cards

  3. Cash refund – issued to the account used to place the original order. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date your request is received.

⚠️ Your choice of refund option is binding. Once selected, it cannot be changed.
